Titus was found in a slum near Mbale in 2016. A boy with special educational needs, he was suffering from catastrophic neglect. Sustain for Life brought him into care, funding the medical attention, nutrition and specialist support he had been denied — and giving him, for the first time, a place where he is safe and seen.
